Los Angeles area based F&M Ceramics has been serving the U.S. and international ceramic industries through engineering, research, supplies,  raw materials and customs ceramic glazes for four decades. Founded in 1986 by George Fry. George had become a veteran of the ceramic industry over the years through his tenure as a ceramic engineer and the General Manager of S. Paul Ward. “Let George Do It” was shouted throughout the day.

F&M supplies the ceramic industry with custom ceramic glazes, underglazes and clear coatings, raw materials, frits, stains, supplies and equipment. These in addition to extensive research and development. With a full-service laboratory on the premises, we are able to color match our glasses and adapt to b the many differing needs of our customers as well as changes in underlying materials and environments. Our materials have been used in the manufacture of dinnerware, ceramic tile, ceramic roofing tile, ceramic pots, containers, ceramic art and earthen wares as well as in industrial ceramic applications.  Our vast experience enables us to assist our customers in producing the finest quality products in the industry today.

Mr. Fry retired to his small ranch in Escondido, California. The company is now operated by his family with his daughter Corinne Fry-Rich (corinne@fandmceramics.com) assuming the duties of General Manager, lead ceramic engineer and sales consultant. The office is managed by Jonni Hynes (jonni@fandmceramics.com). Robert Fry (rob@fandmceramics@gmail.com) is currently an administrative and sales consultant. All of the current full-time employees have been with the company for over 30 years.
